David Puckett is a native of Detroit, Michigan and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior in Business and Psychology. He recieved his post-graduate degrees in Orthotics and Prosthetics from N.M.T.I. Orthotic and Prosthetic Center/University of Minnesota Medical School.
He is American Board of Certification - Certified in Prosthetics and Orthotics and was one of the first Practitioners in Georgia to become State Licensed in 2006. He specializes in High Tech/High Performance Artificial Limb Care and Orthopedic Bracing and has over 27 years experience in the field. He is the President and Owner of Positive Image Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc. He is married, has three children and resides in Savannah.
