David M. Puckett, CPO, LPO-Certified/ Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist is a native of Detroit, Michigan, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior in Business and Psychology. He recieved his post-graduate degrees in Orthotics and Prosthetics from N.M.T.I. Orthotic and Prosthetic Center/University of Minnesota Medical School. He is Board-Certified in Prosthetics and in Orthotics and became State Licensed in Georgia in 2006. He specializes in High Tech/High Performance Artificial Limb Care and Orthopedic Bracing and has over 23 years experience in the field. He is Certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics, is licensed by the State of Georgia and is the President/ Owner of Positive Image Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc.

Ms. Dean Lee, CFOM is from Savannah, GA, and is our Post-Mastectomy and Soft Goods Specialist. She is Certified by A.B.C., B.O.C., N.C.P.A and C.I.A.T. She has over 23 years experience in the field of Orthotics and Post-Mastectomy Care. Dean has worked for Candler and Memorial Hospital Systems and Care One in Savannah prior to coming on board with Positive Image. The name "Dean Lee" has become synonymous with "quality care" in Savannah. Dean works with Mrs. Dale Parker,  3 year Certified Post-Mastectomy Care giver, to offer ladies in Georgia and South Carolina  unsurpassed quality care.
